This notice covers the TemplateBridge early-access website. The site is operated by Maciej Stanuch.

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email, customer type, selected plan, document type, optional template volume, optional workflow feedback, signup source, campaign attribution, and submission time. Please do not include invoices, customer information, financial records, passwords, or other sensitive information in feedback.

Why we use it

We use your signup to contact you about private beta and launch availability, assess eligibility, and understand demand. Selecting a price expresses interest; it does not create a purchase or subscription. We do not sell signup information.

Measurement and service providers

We record page views, pricing selections, and signup events in our own database. These events do not include your email or feedback. Our analytics code uses no tracking cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Campaign labels are filtered, but you should never put personal information in campaign links.

Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure. Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to reduce spam. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also measure traffic and performance. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses under their own policies. Retention and your choices

We plan to review early-access leads at least annually and remove records no longer needed. Event data is intended to be retained for up to 12 months; these are operational retention policies, not automatic deletion guarantees. You can request access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, through our contact page or by replying to a beta email. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.

Documents and accounting accounts

This website does not accept document uploads or connect to QuickBooks accounts. Any future converter will have an updated privacy notice before it accepts documents.

Updates

We will update this page if our data practices change. Material changes affecting early-access participants will be communicated when appropriate.
